は〜い、MiMiちゃんのM by Mariah Careyの成功を祝してJackもJ by Jackson P. Mutleyを出しま〜す（笑）なんてね、ちょっと冗談ですが、面白いので作ってみました。香りは神戸ビーフのようなジューシーな匂いをイメージしてます。是非、マライアに買って頂きたい。

In the celebrity world there are some so pampered and privileged they can have whatever their heart desires. Mariah Carey's dog Jackson P Muttley is one such lucky celeb.

Emerging from a New York hotel with the curvaceous diva, the Jack Russell made it clear he has a mind of his own. As his glamorous mistress attempted to go off in one direction, Jack tugged on his lead, seeminly inclined to go in quite another.

But then adoring Mariah is used to indulging her pet pooch's whims. Only the best will do for Jack, who flies first class. Economy isn't an option for her canine companion, the star insists, as he's not a "tiny". "He's a very masculine dog," says Mariah. "I'm not going to put him back with someone I don't know who might feed him or something…”

The four-legged friend, who shares her luxurious Big Apple penthouse, is so well-known Japanese fans have apparently set up a website in his honour and even send him presents. According to the singer one of the chief topics on the site is her pedigree pal's swimming antics.

"If I'm running a bath, all of a sudden I'll hear a splash and Jack will have jumped into the tub," reveals Mariah. "His favorite toy is a jet - like the ones you find in pools and hot-tubs. He continually dives under the water and tries to bite the water coming out of the jets."

先月末の２日間いろんなところでJackとプロモーションしてましたが、ここでは自由奔放に歩き回るJackについて書かれています。先日のビデオを見た人はわかると思いますが、TRLの出演後ホテルに出てきたお姫様はJackに誘導されながら出てきました。お姫様が進もうとしていた方向とJackが進もうとしていた方向が違っていましたね（笑）Jackは始めに歩いた方向に進み、そして立ち止まり考えます。で、やっぱり反対の方向へ行こうと考え直し逆方向に歩いていってる写真の説明なんですが、大スターでさえJackには振り回されっぱなしですね（笑）ってかJackってめったに吠えないですよね〜。普通、あれだけいつも回りに知らない人達とかが囲んでいたら怖いと思うんですが...やっぱ皆がマライアの事を愛してるのを察知しているんですかね....それとももうおじいちゃんだからしんどいのかな（苦笑）

はい、NYのガンズヴォートホテルのプールサイドからカリフォルニアと衛星中継でTRLに出演したお姫様。そして今日もJackが登場！マッチョなイケメンたちに囲まれたお姫様を見てちょっとジェラシーあり気な振る舞いでJackは興奮していました（笑）そして1.2.3 の掛け声でジャボ〜ん！っと大好きなプールへと夢の世界へ（笑）どっちが主役なんだか（笑）あと、ツアーの前座が決まっているショーン・ポールと大画面でご挨拶。他にはこのTRLに参加していた両地域のファンがマライアが引いたラッキーナンバーに当たり、ライブのチケットと会場へリムジンでの送迎がついたプレゼントが贈られました。いいなぁ〜。ってか、この皆が着てるTシャツが今回のツアーのTシャツなんですね〜。まだマシね（笑）サイズでかそうだけど....

TRLの出演が終わりホテルから出てきたお姫様とJack様。大好きなプールでお遊びしたJackはお仕事を満喫したご様子（笑）このTRLの裏話ですが、始めホテルにはお姫様しか入っていかなかったそうなのですが、その後、お姫様のリクエストにより車の中で待機していたJackがドライバーに連れられマライアのいるプールまで行ったそうです。

■ Mariah Step Out With Man's Best Friend

Jaw-dropping vocal powers aren’t the only things Charlotte Church and Mariah Carey have in common, as the two singers also share a fondness for man’s best friend. The chart-topping pair, who have both enjoyed dramatic career comebacks in recent times, showed their affection for their furry companions when they stepped out on Tuesday afternoon.

Mariah was accompanied by her four-legged friend Jack when she arrived for an MTV awards ceremony in New York. The 35-year-old, who usually wears skimpy gowns to showbiz events, was looking rather more demure in jeans and a cropped black top. Her canine companion was dressed to impress, however, in a specially-made green velvet jacket with an orange fur-trimmed hood.

And it would appear his A-list owner isn’t the only one smitten with the pooch, as a group of Japanese fans have set up a website in his honour. "I laughed out loud for ten minutes when I found out about Jack’s website," revealed the glamorous chanteuse. "He really is a very cool dog. It talks all about him - like his swimming antics - on his website. They love Jack."

Forget the Golden Globes the real awards season kicked off with the presentation of the World Urban Doggy Award to Mariah Carey's canine companion Jackson P. Muttley! Belgian doggy lover Gilles Ollevier, CEO of the WUDA ( and the man behind heroesofmariah.com ) created the award to even the score after Jack's anubbing in the Best Non-Human Guest category of Regis&Kelly's Relly Awards. The custom trophy and acompanying hand-lettered plaque were reportedly given to Mariah in London earlier this month.

Earlier today, Mariah appeared on the live show with Des & Mel in London. During the interview, Mariah cleared up a few rumors such as the alarm going off the other day in her hotel room and giving the cab driver who took her to the HMV signing a hefty £150 tip!

Des challenged Mariah to arm wrestle but she declined claiming that her ensemble wasn't appropriate. As soon as the interview finished, Mariah needed to rush to the airport and get a plane to the US for the Billboard Awards.

■ Mariah Participates In "Grammy SoundCheck"



The pictures above are from a "Grammy SoundCheck" event with Mariah Carey and Randy Jackson that was held on November 18, 2005, at the Center Staging Musical Productions in Burbank, California.

This event was a part of the Grammy Foundation's "Grammy SoundCheck Series" where young adults and teenagers meet with successful artists in order to study more about the music industry. The music students are given the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session with the artist in addition to experiencing the live soundcheck.

What a lovely superstar :D あぁあああああ！久々にJackの登場です。いつ見てもJackらしさが出てて可愛いいですね〜。それにお姫様も超可愛い！とっても「さ〜てぃふぁいぶぅ」には見えませんね（笑）さて、このイベントですがあんまりよく知りませんでしたが、グラミー賞財団の「グラミー賞SoundCheckシリーズ」の一環として行われているものらしく簡単に説明すれば音楽産業について勉強する若い生徒たちにグラミー賞財団がアーティストを呼んで彼らの質問に答えたり音楽の素晴らしさを教えたりする機会を設けるような事らしいです。で、今回はお姫様とランディー兄貴が行ったということです。いいなぁ楽しそう。

What made you decided to devote a site to Jack?
Jack means a lot to Mariah; he's even appeared in Mariah's videos and made a cameo in Glitter. So he really deserved a website.

What makes Jack better than all of the other celebrity dogs?
He seems very naughty, intelligent, and playful. Jack and Mariah share a special bond.

Could you suggest a gift for Jack's birthday?
Any bouncing object he could play with, especially a tennis ball.

What does Mariah think of the site?
I had the chance to show her the designs for the site and she loved them. Sometimes she sends me messages about Jack through my friend Ash in the UK.

Which celeb pet would make the ideal mate for Jack?
I would probably say Pari Hilton's Chihuahua, as they're both very famous. They could do well sharing their fame.

■ Check Messages From Mariah



Mariah Carey has sent secret messages to fans in the video for new single, "Don't Forget About Us."

The sexy promo features the diva frolicking on a football pitch, while behind her is a wall covered with graffiti. The bright markings on the wall are in fact messages from Mariah. One is a thank you to the fans who set up the website devoted to her dog, Jack. Another is the number 17, which refers to the fact that, if this single tops the American charts, it will be Mariah's 17th No. 1.

There are five messages in total, which Mariah hopes fans will unravel. She said: "It'll be interesting to see if they can figure out what they mean. "It's a sort of thank-you to my fans." The promo was shot in Los Angeles by director Paul Hunter and is currently being aired on MTV.

We've got our hands on the artwork for the new single, which is released on December 12.


OMG!! Thank  you  MiMi :D !!!  っということで少しシークレットメッセージの謎解きが出てきました。何でもこの壁の中に5つのお姫様からのファンへ捧げたメッセージがあるそうです。一つはJackのwebsiteを作ってくれたファンたちにありがとうを込めて。二つ目はSEVENTHの文字ですが、これはどうやら「17」を意味するようで、普通に考えたらDFAUの17曲目のNO.1にしてね！っということでしょう。で、あとの3つは一つは真ん中の上の「MiMi」の文字だと思います。ってことは残りはあと2つなんですが字が読みにくいのが難関です。お姫様はファンの皆がこれらのメッセージを探してわかってくれることを楽しみにしているそうです。皆さん頑張りましょう。

?????!!! 今日もじ〜っと謎の壁とにらめっこしてたのですが....左上の方にJackの文字があるのは知ってたのですがその上の文字が見えにくくて何て書いてるんだろうって思って気になってて拡大してじっくり見てみたのですが....これってもしかして....（笑）気のせいですかね？（爆）自分的には一度こういう風に見えたら「lovelovejack」にしか見えなくなってしまって....（バカ）ワタクシ、実は一昨日Mariahの追っかけしてる夢を見てお姫様に「あのサッカーゴール裏の壁の意味って何ですか？」って聞いてる夢をみたんですよ（笑）そしたら姫は何言ってたかは覚えてないんですが微笑みながら何か3つぐらい意味があるようなことを言ってたんですよ。ほんとワタクシ病気ですね（笑）ドクター・ハローに入院勧められるかもしれませんね（笑）

はぁい、K9のインタビューがあがりました！ペット誌だけあって話題がJack中心の話でかなり面白いです. Jackの本名はJackson P. Mutleyですが名前の由来、ず〜っと気になってたのですが、振り返れば長い話になるようでJackの「P」ですら何でPって付いたのか覚えてないらしい（爆）へぇっ？って感じですね（苦笑）私のモヤっとボールは残ったままです....さてさて、小さいときから常に犬や猫、鳥までも飼っていたお姫様にこんな面白い話がありました. ママが上の部屋にいる私を呼ぶ時に下の部屋から電話で私の名前を呼ぶんだけど飼っていたオウムがそれを覚えて夜中に「マライア！」って金々声で何度も何度も叫んで睡眠を妨害していたらしい（笑）また、このオウムによく噛まれたようで、前に日本に来たときに「ペンギンも可愛いけど鳥に昔噛まれたことがあって怖いの」って言ってましたから相当トラウマになってますね。で、Jackの話に戻りますが、頭の中でマライアが理想とする完璧な犬を描いてみてっていう質問にはJackが一番！Jackより良い犬なんて考えられないわ（笑）っと親バカ発揮（笑）でも、Jackはとってもやんちゃだけど本当にお利口さんで靴には一切噛み付かないそうです。普段は偽物のステーキのおもちゃを噛ませてるそうです（笑）Jackは小さい体だけど見た目とは違って大型犬のような強くてたくましいほどの筋肉質だそうで簡単に言えばマッチョですね（笑）悪い癖はJackはLAの別荘でヤモリを追いかけまわしてキッチンの横の限られた場所で遊んで楽しんでるようなのですが、目を盗んではコソコソとよくそのゲートから抜け出しているようです（笑）お姫様はJackの仕付けをするにも決して怒鳴らないそうでJackのその日のリズムを見ながら彼に合わせて優しく接しているそうです。いつも言ってますが本当にJackは人間のような犬でお姫様の子供のような彼氏のような....一番大切な存在なのです。ちなみにちょっと前のreally賞ですが相当納得いってないようで「私は突然Misss Piggyが選ばれたって聞いてがっかりしたわ。絶対何かごまかされたんだわ。だから私はもう一度正確な投票数をカウントするように要求してるのよ〜！（笑）」っと笑いながら一番マジに答えてました（笑）

SEXY singer Mariah Carey is furious airlines won’t let her beloved dog Jack fly first class with her.

The diva was left fuming after she was informed her Jack Russell was “too big” and not famous enough to join her in the executive cabin.

She told Glamour magazine: "They actually won’t let me put him on a first class seat because he’s too big.

"And they also said: ‘We’d only allow it for a famous dog.’ Please! He has three websites dedicated to him!"

最近よくこの記事を目にするのでとりあえず説明しておきましょう。これはILTのPV撮りの時にJackをNYからLAにファーストクラスに乗せて連れてきた（実際には乗ってませんが）逸話ですが、このことについてお姫様がお冠だということです（笑）ファーストクラスに乗せようとしてたらJackが大きすぎた為、航空会社から許可が下りなかったらしい。また、「Jackが有名な犬ならば話は別だけど」って言われたそうでこの言葉が気に障ったようです（笑）「Jackは今や3つも彼に捧げるホームページがあるのに！」っとGlamour誌でインタビューに答えてました。

The singer, who’s string of hits have made her one of the world’s most successful artists ever, tells K9 Magazine how Jack - or Jackson P Muttley, to give him his full title - is always ready and willing to join Mariah at bath or shower time:

"Jack is a swimmer so he gets obsessed with anything to do with water even if I’m taking a shower he’ll try to knock on the door and come and stand in the shower.

If I’m running a bath all of a sudden I’ll hear a splash and Jack will have jumped into the tub! It’s something that’s been happening for years and it’s like “Jack’s in the tub again!” and there he is swimming around in the tub".

Mariah goes onto explain how Jack’s enthusiasm for h20 also extends to water jets:

"His favourite toy is the jet inside the pool – like the jets you find in pools and hot tubs.

He treats that as his toy and continuously dives under the water and tries to bite the water coming out of the jet."

■ Mariah Carey's Doggy Bath

singer says her pampered pooch, Jack, always jumps in when she's running a bath.

She admitted: "If I'm running a bath all of a sudden I'll hear a splash and Jack will have jumped into the tub. It's something that has been happening for ages - it's like, 'it's like Jack is in the tub again, swimming around.'"

Mariah claims the Jack Russell also loves jumping into her hot tub. She is quoted by Scotland's Daily Record newspaper as saying: "His favourite toy is a jet - like the ones you find in pools and hot-tubs. He continually dives under the water and tries to bite the water coming out of the jets."

Earlier this year, Mariah revealed she logs on to her pet's website every day. Jack has become so famous in his own right the diva's Japanese fans have built a site dedicated solely to him. Mariah is so fascinated with the website she regularly checks in to the news pages, entitled The Emancipation of Jack, after her chart-topping album, 'The Emancipation of Mimi', and the doggy-obsessed message board.

The beautiful star said, "I laughed out loud for 10 minutes when I found out about Jack's website. He really is a very cool dog. Some of his Japanese fans built it for him. It talks all about him - even his swimming antics."

■ CONTROVERSY AT THE RELLYS FOR SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR

For the second year in a row, controversy reigns at the Relly Awards, as Regis Philbin again is shut out in the "Best Regis" category - again at the hands of a "Saturday Night Live" veteran. This year, comedian and actor Jimmy Fallon took home the prestigious "Best Regis" Golden Stool.

Philbin accepted the award on behalf of the absent Fallon, but shocked the Relly audience by reading a purported letter from Fallon, essentially passing the award to Philbin. The document later was revealed to be a fraud. After the broadcast, Philbin asserted that "Next year will be the year that regis is 'Best Regis'!"

 In another shocking twist, porcine princess Miss Piggy eked out a win in the "Best Non-Human Guest" category, triumphing over such competition as Mariah Carey's dog Jack, "Star Wars" superstar Chewbacca and Barney the Purple Dinosaur. Singing superstar Carey attempted to call in during the Relly taping to express her disappointment over Jack being passed over in favor of the popular pig.

Another unhappy nominee was talk show host Jimmy Kimmel, who lost the "Best New Co-Host" Relly to "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest. Kimmel is rumored to be readying a rebuttal for air on tonight's "Jimmy Kimmel Live".

Philbin and fellow host Kelly Ripa were the biggest winners on Friday, and the only nominees to walk away with multiple Golden Stools (two and three, respectively), while cast of "Everybody Loves Raymond" won in the "Funniest Guest" category. "American Idol's" Bo Bice accepted his "Best Reality Guest" award live via satellite from Nashville, and Backstreet Boys Kevin Richardson, AJ McLean and Howie Dorough checked in from Los Angeles to receive their Relly for "Favorite Music Guest".

■ Mariah Pups Up In The UK

And her pooch needs a home here too

THE nation's scented candle suppliers had better stock up - Mariah Carey is planning to move to Blighty. Word reaches us that the fragrant songstress is so keen to settle here she's already instructed three top estate agents to find the perfect country pad for her - and her beloved Jack Russell - by next year.

A close friend of the star tells us: "Mariah's always been fond of the UK, but since her career's taken off again she's had the chance to visit several times in a year. And each time she's got back to the US, she's been sad. "Mariah loves Britain's history and culture and finds everyone so polite. And she thinks the English countryside is stunning - particularly around Oxfordshire. That's where she's asked the estate agents to concentrate their search." Stunning Mariah's performing at a Tickled Pink breast cancer benefit at London's Royal Albert Hall on Sunday and is currently at number one and two in the US charts. She's hoping to spend several months in her country bolthole writing material for her next album - accompanied by her pooch, Jack.

The friend continues: "Mariah loves that Jack Russell so much, it's untrue. "He goes absolutely everywhere with her - even her yacht in Capri. And as she's coming over for a long period next year she'll be able to get Jack a pet passport." But even Location, Location, Location's Phil and Kirsty would be hard pushed to find Maria's ideal home - despite an enormous budget of up to £8,000 a week.

As well as a pool for her daily water aerobics sessions, Mariah - whose new single Get Your Number/ Shake It Off is out on September 26 - needs at least eight bedrooms to accommodate the children her charitable foundation takes care of. She hopes to fly them over for a holiday.

The source adds: "Obviously Mariah wants comfort, but the main thing she's after is peace. "Angelina Jolie and Madonna both lead relatively normal lives over here and that's what she wants. But she'll be heading to London for some nights out, too." And if she's in need of a babysitter for Jack, we're happy to oblige..

以前噂に出たUKへの引越しですが、本当に計画していたようです。来年、ミュージカルとかもやる予定とかもあるので拠点をUKに移す考えなんでしょうか。とりあえず、お姫様はイギリスの文化と歴史が大好きらしく友達も多いのでここ数年UKへ行く回数が非常に多いのですが、来年に引越しすることを決めているようで（永住ではないですが）、現在イギリスの大手３社に依頼して物件を探しているようです。ウォータービクスもやるのでプールも必要でCamp Mariahの子供達のためにベッド・ルームを８つ用意するなどまたまた大きな豪邸になるようです。あと、このお引越しでもちろん忘れてはいけないのがJack。本国を出るには人間と違ってとっても手続きが難しいのですが、すごいことにJackのパスポートが近いうちに発行されるだろうということです（笑）Jackは本当に幸せ者ですね。お願いだから長生きしてほしいと毎日願っています。

はい、この「K9」というUSのペット雑誌があるのですが、編集部の方から連絡がありまして、次号（秋発売）にマライアとJackを取り上げているようで、インタビューとかしていろいろJackの話が掲載されるようです。しかもこの雑誌の表紙をMimi&Jackがニコヤカに飾るそうです（笑）まさにMust Buy アイテムっす。お姫様が前に今度US雑誌にJackが表紙になるって言ってたので恐らくこの雑誌のことだったんですね。記者の方は姫からたくさんJackのことを教えてもらって面白かったって言ってました。まだ雑誌の表紙用の写真が決まってないみたいでもしかしたら昔の写真を使いまわしするかもしれないみたいですが....。また小さなJack旋風が起こりそうな感じです。

SHE'S won nearly every award going but Mariah Carey is still hankering for another trophy - for her pet dog.

The 35-year-old babe's precious pooch Jack has been nominated in the Best Non-Human Guest category at the Relly Awards for TV chat shows in the US.

A source close to Mariah, whose new single Get Your Number/Shake It Off is out on September 26, tells us: "Mariah is obsessed with that dog and she squealed with delight when she heard he was up for his own gong.

"He already has three websites so he is pretty A-list by dog standards."

■ Mariah's VMA Rehearsal

"I went to Miami expecting to see Mariah and thanks to Mariah Daily was able to find out details about her performance. Fortunately for me, she was 2 doors down from my hotel. I went there on Saturday and got invited to attend the rehearsal.

She rehearsed 4 times on Saturday, starting at 10:00 PM. She was interrupted twice by the rain but she finally finished at about 1:00 AM. She then went inside her penthouse to change and go out.

On Sunday, she rehearsed again before the actual show at around 8:00 PM to 9:20 PM with another short blue dress. This time, the producers asked her to get inside the pool and splash some water.

She was very nice to everyone there and talked to some fans from the stage. Her performance was great! I loved the way she got it all together and the set was gorgeous! Miami was a little too hot... and with those torches, it was even hotter!

Shortly after her performance, she went back inside her hotel. At around 1:30 AM she left to a party with all her crew and her dog Jack.

Unfortunately they did not allow cameras and I was not able to take any picture of MC but I had a great time!

アレックス君と言えばファンブックっていうイメージが私の中では強いんですが、彼はマライアに会いにマイアミに行ったそうでお姫様に土曜日のVMAのリハーサルに招待されたらしくそのレポートを書いてくれています。姫様は午後10時からリハを4回ほどやり、途中2回ほど雨に邪魔されて結局午前1時ごろにリハを終えて宿泊先にホテルに戻りました。翌日の日曜日は自分の出番がはじまる前の午後8時〜9時30分ぐらいに青いミニドレス（仮衣装）を着て最終リハを行いました。プロデューサーに最後にプールへ入って水を跳ねかけるようにお姫様に頼んでそれをお姫様はちゃんとこなしたようです。また、ステージ近くで見物していたファンにも気さくに声をかけて話したり誰にでもとても親切で優しかったそうです。そして本番を終え、すぐにホテルへ戻りお着替えして休憩してからJACK達を連れて午前1時30分ごろにマイアミを離れたそうです。しかし、Jackとの2ショット羨ましいっす.....。
